Bat Boxes

Dimensions: 330mm x 170mm x 80mm

The exterior of our boxes have a smooth pine-wood finish, meanwhile, the interior our boxes have grooves, grip-holds, and rough-wood chambers which are ideal for a community of bats to grip onto. The 'ladder' system, below the entrance to the box, is for both aesthetics and practical use for the bats when landing and resting on the box front. The spacing of each 'rung' is that suggested by the Bat Conservation Trust.

Note: Bats have various laws in place which protect them, and their boxes, from being disturbed. Please familiarise yourself with, and follow, the Wildlife and Countryside Act (1981) and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations (2017) when commiting yourself to a bat box. Thank you!
